Fushun Tianlong Refractories Co., Ltd., located at the Economic Development Zone of Nanzamu Town, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is the biggest refractories manufacturer based at the east part of the Province.
  The Company was established in 1991, occupying 70,000 square meters and having 50,000 square meters building area. With RMB 22 million of registered capital and over RMB 100 million of fixed assets, the company now possesses more than 500 employees, including 50 professional technicians and 10 advanced engineers. In 2002, the Company obtained the right of exportation as well as passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certificate.
  The Company is equipped with advanced facilities, mainly 1 set of 1600T frication press, 5 sets of 1000T frication press, 8 sets of 630T frication press, 1 set of 400T frication press, 26 sets of grinding machines, and 8 sets of ball mills. In the raw materials processing section, there are 10 automatic production lines and their electronic fitting system, and also 1 production line for mould and 16 kilns for drying, so as to ensure advanced inspecting method, reasonable manufacturing techniques, and top grade product quality.
  The main products include over 30 types, such as MgO-C bricks, Al2O3-MgO-C bricks, Carbon-free bricks, well blocks, porous plugs, burned sliding gates, functional refractories for C. C., and various monolithic refractories for tundishes, BOFs and EAFs. The annual production capacity of the Company is over 150,000 tons, including more than 100,000 tons for refractory shapes and 50,000 tons for monolithic refractories. All the products are quality guaranteed and widely received all over China.
